  • Photocopy of the company’s deed of establishment from a notary
  • Photocopy of the company’s approval decree from the Ministry of Law and Security
  • Photocopy of company NPWP
  • Photocopy of Company Registration Certificate or TDP
  • Photocopy of ID card and NPWP of the company’s Directors and Commissioners
  • Copy of KTP and NPWP of shareholders for Indonesian citizens, if foreign nationals then use a copy of the passport
  • Copy of KTP and NPWP diploma of the expert staff in the company
  • Copy of KTA from construction association
  • A copy of financial data, usually in the form of a balance sheet, that you can create yourself
  • Company letterhead and stamp
  • Active telephone number and email of the applicant
  • 3×4 photo of the Director or person in charge of the business entity

This type of SBU is among the most targeted by companies today. The reason is that Indonesia is intensively carrying out development.

  • Decree on approval of company establishment from the Ministry of Law and Security
  • Business License
  • Certificate of expertise or skills certificate
  • Company domicile letter
  • Certificate of Company Registration
  • KTP of the person in charge of the company and KK of the shareholder
  • The structure of the company organization
  • 4 sheets of 4×6 size photos

The other important requirement that you need to complete is to have an SKA or Expert Certification.

Without an SKA, the SBU applicant will not be able to take care of the Certificate.

The institution authorized to issue this SBU is the Accredited Accreditation Body or LPJK (Construction Services Development institution).

Usually, the process for managing SBU can take almost one to two months. It depends on the service that processes the SBU.

The cost of managing an SBU also varies. It depends on the local government where the company is established.
